Green Efforts

As well as having a scratch kitchen and trying to source local products as much as possible in this northern climate, the Blue Chair is passionate about treading lightly with our eco-footprint.

Our efforts include:
- recycled paper towel in our restrooms and kitchen
- environmentally friendly cleaners
- locally sourced and seasonal food when and where possible
- commercial composting program in place

Our staff and management work on new ideas all the time. If you have a suggestion that might help us reduce our environmental impact, please let any of our staff know and we'll be happy to try and implement it.
