Our Kitchen

The crew in Blue Chair Cafe's kitchen share a love for food and cooking, proudly carrying the torch of a scratch kitchen. The shopping is still done by Harold or one of the staff. Driving to the many markets around the city in search of the best ingredients is as much fun as it is part of the job.

Local ingredients are preferred whenever possible, even if it is a challenge in this far-northern centre. The focus stays on authenticity of the ethnic dishes, freshness of ingredients and on very creative specials, all at an affordable price point.
