Audiences have been raving nationwide for their performances at Winnipeg Folk Fest, Juno Fest, Canada Day in Ottawa, International jazz festivals, and many concert series. Currently you can find the band touring their new material from theirCFMA/WCMA nominated release We’ve Got To (produced by Rusty Matyas of Imaginary Cities).

Here's how things have been going for Sweet Alibi:

  • a nomination for best vocalist at the 2012 Canadian Folk Music Awards
  • an appearance at Junofest 2014 in Winnipeg on March 29/14
  • winner for Roots Group Recording of the Year at the 2014 Western Canadian Music Awards
  • a nomination for Vocal Group of the Year at the 2014 Canadian Folk Music Awards
  • release of their newest CD, "Walking in the Dark", in November of 2015 (Juno award-winning producer, Murray Pulver)
  • New CD registered with CBC Music Library and CBC Radio and is now accessible to all CBC Radio music producers and programmers.
  • "Keep Showing You"  single from the new CD played on the following CBC Radio shows – Sydney Mainstreet, The Afternoon Edition (Saskatoon), Up North (Sudbury), Moncton Information Morning, Up to Speed (Winnipeg), North Country Noon (Thompson), Breakaway (Montreal), PEI Mainstreet, Trail’s End (Yellowknife), Here and Now (Toronto), All Points West (Victoria)
