Sweet potato and apple purée with coconut cream
Pear with mixed greens, feta, diced tomato and cucumber with balsamic vinaigrette
Main Choices:
Cod loin with lemongrass sauce on Tacu-Tacu with vegetables.
Chicken Supreme stuffed with spinach, red bell pepper and goat cheese, with aji amarillo Alfredo sauce on Mashed with Vegetables.
Osso Bucco cooked in chocolate porter with wild mushrooms on fresh-made buttered fettucini and vegetables.
Risotto and Quinoa de los Andes - made with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and asparagus on grilled zucchini and carrot.
For Dessert choose from:
Quinoa brownie tart with vanilla ice cream and berry coulis
Tres Leches -  three kinds of milk on Genoise sponge cake with whipped cream and strawberry.
